Enamel mugs are not produced automatically but are made with a significant amount of traditional handcraft. This is part of the charm of enamel mugs, which makes each mug a unique piece. All mugs may show different hanging points from the firing process, imperfections in the glaze (spots, glaze runners, uneven coating), and variations at the rim, which are not grounds for complaint.
For longer-lasting enjoyment of the mug, we recommend hand washing.
